What if I order the wrong thing? How do I return an item?

  • Your satisfaction is our top priority. If there is ever a problem with an order, we'll do our very best to remedy the situation.
  • Aftercare products and body jewelry tools are NOT eligible for return.
  • Returned items must be in their original, sealed bag. No Exceptions.
  • Contact us within 90 days of receiving your jewelry to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. All returns require an RMA.
  • When we process your return, your payment method will be refunded.
  • Shipping costs are not refunded.
  • To make an exchange, request your RMA, then order your replacement jewelry. When we process your return, your payment method will be refunded. You will get what you want much faster!
  • Returned items MUST be sent in the bubble envelope or box you originally received.
  • If an item is lost or damaged while being returned to us, there will be no refund.
