What if I order the wrong thing? How do I return an item?
- Your satisfaction is our top priority. If there is ever a problem with an order, we'll do our very best to remedy the situation.
- Aftercare products and body jewelry tools are NOT eligible for return.
- Returned items must be in their original, sealed bag. No Exceptions.
- Contact us within 90 days of receiving your jewelry to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. All returns require an RMA.
- When we process your return, your payment method will be refunded.
- Shipping costs are not refunded.
- To make an exchange, request your RMA, then order your replacement jewelry. When we process your return, your payment method will be refunded. You will get what you want much faster!
- Returned items MUST be sent in the bubble envelope or box you originally received.
- If an item is lost or damaged while being returned to us, there will be no refund.
