Glasswear Studios strives to produce the highest quality Pyrex (also known as Borosilicate or hard glass) and fused Quartz body jewelry on the market. They offer over 1,900 products in more than 174 styles. Many designs are made to order, which opens the door to many customizable choices (flare style, background color, etc) in each jewelry design. Glasswear Studios takes many requests for special lengths, odd gauges, and larger sizes. They offer their jewelry at a fair price and provide excellent customer service. All Glasswear Studios products are proudly manufactured in Southern Oregon, USA. All of their jewelry is 100% lead-free, Barium-Free, autoclave-able and is computer kiln annealed Borosillicate (aka Pyrex) or Quartz Glass. Their glass is defined as: "The chemical composition and properties of SIMAX glass place it in ‘group 3.3’ of clear ‘hard’ Borosillicate glasses, characterized by their high heat-resistance and chemical stability, as defined by the international standard ISO 3585 and the Czech standard CSN ISO 3585. It fully complies with the requirements which these standards place on its properties." All of Glasswear Studios jewelry designs have been used successfully to heal a piercing.
