The amazing thing about this labret is that it's internally threaded, meaning the faceted gem ball has a threaded post that threads into the labret post. Internally threaded posts like this have no threads on the outside to mess up your piercing. This labret is made from 316L stainless steel with a PVD titanium color coating. The permanently affixed disk is 3/16" in diameter and very thin. The faceted gem ball is 2mm across with the clear gem being just slightly smaller.
