GETTING THE RIGHT ITEMS:

In January 2016, NeoMetal discontinued their old-style 16g and 14g threadless labrets and barbells.
They now produce universal threadless labret posts and universal threadless barbells (all in 18g, 16g, 14g, and some 12g)
All gauges of universal posts take ONLY 18g ends.
All 18g ends will fit all gauges of universal posts.
18g ends have a straight 25g pin on the back. 16g and 14g ends have a pin with a small bulb. If your end has a small bulb, it will not work with universal posts.

18 gauge 2 mm bezel-set gem ends fit curved or straight threadless barbells. They will fit any kind of universal barbell or labret post.
Made from ASTM F136 6AI-4V ELI implant grade titanium.
Countersunk for a smooth fit with barbell.
Uses patented NeoMetal "snap-together" jewelry system.
Top quality synthetic faceted gemstones.
Autoclave safe.
Low-profile, compact bezel setting maximizes gemstone visibility.
Bezels are crimp-set. No glues or epoxy are used.

GAUGE REFERENCE

The gauge is the thickness of the jewelry (Usually the thickness of the material the jewelry is made from but may also be the diameter of a plug or eyelet). From 20 gauge to 00 gauge, the smaller the number is, the thicker the jewelry is.
