Shipping Policy

• We have many shipping options available for both U.S. and international destinations. Please see the Shipping Options below for additional details.

• We promise you that your order will be shipped neatly, securely, and within 1 to 2 business days*. However, we have no control over the United States Postal Service. Once your package leaves our office, it is out of our hands. Therefore, UNLESS YOU’VE CHOSEN FED EX OR UPS SHIPPING, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST, STOLEN, MISROUTED OR DAMAGED, OR ONCE THE US POSTAL SERVICE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION SHOWS THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• If you have reason to believe your mail delivery is not safe or reliable, please choose a different shipping address (such as to your work location) or choose Fed Ex or UPS and request "Signature Required for Delivery" in the comments section of your order.

• The cost of shipping starts as low as $3.00 in the U.S. and $2.75 for international when you choose United States Postal Service - First Class Mail! Your cost depends upon the weight of your package and the Shipping Option you choose. The final cost will show in the shopping cart when you are checking out.

• *Orders are normally shipped within 1 to 2 business days and you will receive a shipping notice email. If we cannot ship your full order, you will receive an order status update by email with complete details regarding your out of stock items.

• Delivery time depends upon the Shipping Option you choose. See details below.

• If you purchase both in stock and out of stock items, you can choose to have your order split when you are checking out. Your in stock items will ship immediately by your chosen shipping method; your out of stock items will be shipped via US Postal Service - First Class mail when they become available.

• To see if your order has been shipped, check your email inbox for our shipping notice email. You can also log on to My Account, click on the order number; see "Order Status" and "Store Comments."

• FREE SHIPPING via United States Postal Service - First Class Mail on orders over US $25.00!!! FREE shipping is based on order subtotal before tax and shipping and is only available on orders weighing less than 6 ounces.

• The shipping cost is per order (not per item) and is assessed at the time of sale.

Shipping Options

UPS

• Available for most addresses in the continental U.S.
• UPS shipping is NOT available for Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes or Military Addresses.
• UPS Ground - Delivery in 1 to 5 days, depending upon your location. Your transit time and cost will show in the shopping cart when you are checking out.
• Packages over one pound cost more to ship. Your cost will show in the shopping cart when you are checking out.
• PS DOES NOT COUNT SATURDAY OR SUNDAY AS TRANSIT OR DELIVERY DAYS.
• Signature not required for delivery unless you request it.
• Place your UPS order before 9:00 AM PST Monday through Friday on a day we are not closed and we will ship your order that day as long as it contains all in stock items.
• When you select UPS as a shipping option and have also selected pre-order or out of stock items, your entire order will ship via UPS once we receive all items from the manufacturer.
• You can choose to have your order split when you are checking out and your in stock items will ship immediately. Your out of stock items will be shipped via US Postal Service First Class mail when they become available.
• FULL PACKAGE TRACKING PROVIDED. LOST, STOLEN, MISROUTED OR DAMAGED PACKAGES WILL BE REPLACED ONLY IF SHIPPED BY FED EX OR UPS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• You can Track your order shipped by UPS.

FedEx

• Available for most addresses in the continental U.S.
• FedEx shipping is NOT available for Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes or Military Addresses.
• FedEx 2Day - delivery the second business day by 4:30 pm. Up to 1/2 pound for USD $18.95
• FedEx Standard Overnight - delivery the next business day by 3:00 pm. Up to 1/2 pound for USD $29.95.
• Packages over 1/2 pound cost more to ship. Your cost will show in the shopping cart when you are checking out.
• FED EX DOES NOT COUNT SATURDAY OR SUNDAY AS TRANSIT OR DELIVERY DAYS.

• Best USPS choice to protect glass jewelry from breakage, or any delicate jewelry.
• Available for anywhere in the U.S., PO boxes and military addresses.
• Delivery Confirmation is provided; package tracking is NOT provided.
• NOT INSURED. NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT IF PACKAGE IS LOST, STOLEN, MISROUTED OR DAMAGED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• See Fed Ex or UPS shipping options if you want your package insured, trackable, and eligible for replacement.
• Cost - USD $6.25 for up to one pound, additional weight is slightly more. Your cost will show in the shopping cart when you are checking out.
• Delivery time averages two to seven days, so you could receive your order a bit sooner, or a bit later. However, there may be delays during the holiday season.
• You can Confirm shipment and delivery of your order shipped by United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

United States Postal Service - First Class Mail

• Items shipped in padded envelope. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR GLASS OR DELICATE JEWELRY. Items shipped First Class that are broken in transit will NOT be replaced. For glass or delicate items, choose Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx for secure shipment in a box.
• Available for anywhere in the U.S., PO boxes and military addresses.
• Delivery confirmation is provided; package tracking is NOT provided.
• NOT INSURED. NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT IF PACKAGE IS LOST, STOLEN, MISROUTED OR DAMAGED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• See Fed Ex or UPS shipping options if you want your package insured, trackable, and eligible for replacement.
• Cost - USD $3.00 for one ounce, up to USD $3.80 for six ounces. Your cost will show in the shopping cart when you are checking out.
• FREE on orders over US $25.00!!! FREE shipping is based on order subtotal before tax and shipping and is only available on orders weighing less than 6 ounces.
• Weight limit of six ounces.
• Delivery time averages two to fourteen days, so you could receive your order a bit sooner, or a bit later. However, there may be delays during the holiday season.
• You can Confirm shipment and delivery of your order shipped by United States Postal Service First Class Mail.

United States Postal Service - Priority Mail International

• We ship outside the U.S. via Priority Mail International.
• NO delivery confirmation and package tracking.
• NOT INSURED. NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT IF PACKAGE IS LOST, STOLEN, MISROUTED OR DAMAGED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• The cost varies by country and weight (starting at USD $10.65 to Canada or Mexico and USD $12.65 to other countries). Your cost will show in the shopping cart when you are checking out.
• On shipments outside the U.S., customs duties and taxes are not included in shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recipient. Many recipient countries charge import duties and/or import taxes. Please consult your local post office for details on what your government will charge you in import duties, import taxes, or other related fees.
• If you want your international package to be eligible for replacement if lost, stolen or misrouted, contact us to arrange for Fed Ex International or UPS International service. Additional charges will apply.

United States Postal Service - First Class International

• We ship outside the U.S. via First Class International.
• NO delivery confirmation and package tracking.
• NOT INSURED. NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT IF PACKAGE IS LOST, STOLEN, MISROUTED OR DAMAGED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• The cost varies by country and weight (starting at USD $2.75 for one ounce and is limited to five ounces). Your cost will show in the shopping cart when you are checking out.
• On shipments outside the U.S., customs duties and taxes are not included in shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recipient. Many recipient countries charge import duties and/or import taxes. Please consult your local post office for details on what your government will charge you in import duties, import taxes, or other related fees.
