Your satisfaction is our top priority. If there is ever a problem with an
order, we'll do our very best to remedy the situation.
- Aftercare products, piercing tools, needles, apparel, and leather items are NOT eligible for return.
- Returns will be accepted only if the
jewelry is in its original, unopened bag. No Exceptions. Look carefully at your jewelry before
opening the bag it was shipped in. Make sure your item is what you wanted
when you ordered it. Is it the color, style and size of what you had in mind?
Be certain, because once you've opened the bag the jewelry cannot be returned.
- If you need to return an item, you must contact us within
90 days of receiving your jewelry to obtain a Return Authorization number. All returns must be accompanied by a Return
Authorization number. Email us
to obtain your Return Authorization number.
- When returning a piece of jewelry, you will receive a refund (less the 15% restocking fee) on whatever payment method you used for the original purchase. If you paid by credit card, you will receive a credit to your card. If you paid by PayPal, you will receive a credit to your PayPal account. If you paid by check or money order, you will receive a check made payable to and mailed to the billing name and address on your order.
Items being returned MUST be sent in bubble wrap or sufficient
padding so the item is not damaged or lost during shipment. If an item is lost
or damaged while being returned to us, we will be unable to approve your refund.
A 15% restocking fee
will be assessed on all returned jewelry.
But if an item must be returned due to a manufacturing defect, we will gladly process the return with no restocking fees.
We do not make exchanges. If you need new jewelry to replace what you are returning, please place a new order for that jewelry.
