This straight barbell is made from 316LVM ASTM F-138 implant grade stainless steel. It is internally threaded for comfort during insertion and has countersunk ends for a precision fit.

With 1,345 variations in gauge, length and ball size to choose from you are sure to find the best one for all your piercings.

I love next-to-the-surface piercings especially with my tongue bars. This worked out perfect because I need only one more barbell and 2 of the same size ball for my labret studs as I already had one barbell and both back discs.

I have worn this in my inner conch piercing for the past 1½ years. Its very comfortable. The threads have never come loose on the jewelry. The finish is perfect. No nicks, burrs, or scratches. The balls sit flush with the post.
