This stainless steel labret with an acrylic ball end is externally threaded and is available in 14 gauge and 16 gauge. It is available in either a 5/16" or 3/8" wearable length, and your choice of seven different acrylic ball colors.
NOTE: do not use alcohol on acrylic, it will crack.
