These stainless steel ear wires with picture disk are perfect for smaller holes. The 18g wire is about the same as a standard earring post. The inside diameter of the circle is 1/2" and the 3/8" picture disk comes with your choice of design. The picture disk can be turned on the wire so you can wear these facing forward or backwards and in either ear.
