When I received this product it turned out to be a curved barbell with two balls instead. Maybe that was just a mishap with them picking out the right products to ship me, but that's what happened to me. It wasn't a big deal, so I wore it in my lip anyway. The gem is more so a dark pink than the color ruby. The ring itself was very polished and shiny. Nice product for the price.

Looks great in septum piercings! Kind of on the fancier side, adds some cute sparkle. Good quality, bead stays firmly in ring and the gem is set securely.

I bought a pair of these for my helix piercings. They looked really cute, but one of the gems fell out of its bead after Id only worn them a few days.
