This stainless steel circular barbell is made from implant grade 316L stainless steel. This very economical barbell is externally threaded, meaning the ball threads onto the barbell. Barbells 12 gauge and larger have step-down threads meaning the threaded shaft on the barbell is thinner than the barbell so the threads don't catch on your piercing. The stainless steel balls are both removable and counter-sunk for a clean fit with the barbell.
Didn't really dig it. It was wayyyy to big for some reason. Doesn't really hang down the right way. It's more like an actual horse shoe than a circular barbell… Meh. Not really enjoying the external thread either.

I enjoyed wearing these when my earlobes were a bit smaller. My pair are several years old and have rusted internally a bit over time but you cannot see any of the rust on the outside. They are heavy but not too heavy so they give you enough amount of weight that you notice them. Overall this is a classic piece of jewelry.
I was impressed with these circular barbells. I bought them for my husband as he is in the process of stretching his second ear lobe piercings. I was concerned they would too big and chunky next to his 0g flesh tunnels, but they actually compliment the tunnels and don't bang on them when he moves around.
I recently bought several of these for use in my septum. They are good quality steel and look and feel great. I purchased a couple low quality rings from a big retail store recently and they had poor threading and the balls kept falling off. I haven't had that problem with these at all yet! Definitely great quality rings, good threading, and the ends stay secured. I'll definitely buy more.

well I got 2 of these in 10g for my lip piercings. but I chew on them a lot and I couldn't keep the balls screwed in they would fall off all the time so I finally just super glued them in and then the whole threaded part fell off the ring but I put that back in with superglue as well and its been working so far. good product I just wouldn't recommend it if for a lip ring if u chew on it a lot like I do
