This 316L stainless steel labret with star end is internally threaded! That means you can comfortably insert it into your labret or Marilyn piercing with comfort! The fixed disk is 3/16" in diameter and very thin. The star is about 3mm in diameter. You can choose from 16 gauge or 14 gauge and 5/16" or 3/8" wearable lengths.
