This labret is internally thread for comfort when inserting. The labret is made from 316L stainless steel with a black PVD titanium coating. The fixed disk is 3/16" in diameter and very thin. The faceted gem end is 2mm in diameter with the faceted gem only slightly smaller than 2mm. The post is 16g and is available in wearable lengths of 5/16" and 3/8".
