These were ...ok. The flare is very small and they pulled through my ears while I slept. That wasn't too comfortable. These ended up in the junk pile.

Looks nice when in your ear. The o-ring is kind of hard to put on but they stay put once attached.

These are my favorite eyelets, they go in real easy. I put them in about 10 min. after I went from a 0 to a 00. The flare is large enough to not fall out of your ear when you are sleeping or just pulling on them. The flare is also not very sharp like I have felt on other eyelets I have worn.
