This economical colored captive bead ring has a durable titanium PVD coating over 316L implant grade stainless steel. The bead is the same color as the ring and appropriately sized for each gauge and diameter.
NOTE: Large gauge green rings may appear somewhat teal, this is NOT considered to be a defect.

Bought 0g and they came with the ball in. I couldn't get the ball out with the tool. I had to take them to a piercing studio and have them remove the ball. I bought these for my ears, had I knew it would be this difficult I wouldn't have bought them! I am now wearing them as a pincher. Had I wanted a pincher I would've bought a pincher!! Editor's Note: Any captive ring in 0g is going to be very hard to open, especially the economy brands since they are not double annealed the way domestic manufactured items are.

Well, this is a lovely piece. However, I cannot get the bead out using just my massive 10 pliers. Put the pliers in a vice and was able to get the bead out, but I am not doing that to my ear. So, I am wearing the rings as pinchers and forget the beads.
This is a great captive ring. I wear it in my conch piercing and I usually can't get the balls in by myself, but I had no trouble getting the ball in with this one. And it has never felt like it was going to pop out like others have.
