The clear glass single flared straight retainer comes with one clear o-ring. The stated length is the overall length. The wearable length is less.

I got my lip pierced with this very retainer and it was great. You could barley even tell that I had a lip piercing which is not allowed for my job. If you want to retain your lip piercing for your job or any important family celebrations or wherever your lip piercing may not be allowed then get this because my own family didn't even know I had my lip pierced for 2 months until I finally put a ring in.
The glass is awesome and the flare is perfect it didn't fall out of my lip at all.
