This guy is pretty sweet. The NeoMetal threadless system is awesome, and I use 'em in my nostrils. There's a tiny flatback on the end of my barbell, and this simple silver shiny ball pops in with no trouble, and doesn't come out until I want it to! Who could ask for anything more?

This is the tiniest little silver ball ever! I love the threadless NeoMetal system, and I also love just how tiny the ball ends and gem ends come. I sometimes wear three silver NeoMetal threadless ball ends on my left nostril, and the sizes are perfectly incremented so the highest one is the tiniest, and then they get bigger going downward. This end alone would also be perfect for a really subtle nostril piercing, perfect for times when you don't need someone to really notice the metal on your face.
