This pair of Omerica Organic double flared wood plugs has an inlaid diamond design on one side of each plug. No o-rings are required because these plugs have a flare on each side to hold them in your lobes. These wood plugs are available in 22 gauges from 7/16" gauge all the way up to 1-3/4" gauge. The wearing wood is vera with hollywood and osage orange inlaid diamonds. The wearable length between the flares is 5/16" for average ears.
Please refer to the chart below to determine the optimum wearing surface length which is the distance between the flares.
