The barbell is internally threaded for ease of insertion and the solid 14K gold balls are countersunk for a perfect fit. The Body Circle artisans hand polish each barbell to a flawless mirror finish. The barbell ball sizes are as follows: 14 gauge has 5/32", 12 gauge has 3/16", and the 10 and 8 gauges have 1/4" balls.
