This star contains seven 1.5mm cubic zirconia stones. This star nostril screw end is only 5.25mm across and sits very flat to the nose. That's less than 7/32". I mention this because the close-up macro photos make it look much larger than it is. You can choose either 14K yellow gold or 14K white gold and gauges of 20, 19, or 18.
