This pair of Omerica Organic double flared wood plugs has a stone of your choice inlaid in one side. No o-rings are required because these plugs have a flare on each side to hold them in your lobes. These wood plugs are available in 11 gauges from 00 gauge all the way up to 1" gauge. You can choose from eight beautiful wood types for your plugs.

Please refer to the chart below to determine the optimum wearing surface length which is the distance between the flares.
