The Anatometal brand stainless steel double flared eyelet with a single CZ gem is made using the finest Signity synthetic gem. The CZ gem is set with such a small bezel that almost no stainless is visible around the gem. The wearable size is 3/8" for every gauge. Like all Anatometal products, this double flared eyelet is made from implant grade 316LVM ASTM F-138 stainless steel and hand polished to a mirror finish.
