The simplest body jewelry ring with no beads to lose. Simply bend the ends apart as you would a key ring, insert into your piercing and bend the ends back. To maintain the shape of the ring, it's best to bend the ends side to side, so that the diameter of the ring remains the same, then bend them back together after insertion. Some larger gauge rings may be already opened for you, so you only have to bend them closed. This 316LVM ASTM F-138 stainless steel ring is annealed for ease of bending and highly polished.
The Anatometal brand stainless steel seam ring is made from 316LVM
ASTM F-138 implant grade stainless steel.
The seam ring has a barely perceptible abutted seam.
For maximum comfort, care must be taken to be sure the ends are perfectly aligned when the ring is closed.
Also, all Anatometal brand products are guaranteed to be free of defects
for a lifetime.
We recommend taking this ring to your piercer for insertion, they can be a bit difficult to close perfectly, especially with small diameter rings.
I've been wanting an Anatometal piece for so long, super glad I found these! I've had a lot of problems wearing rings in my labret, so I was really excited to see if a high quality ring would help, and no problems so far! :)
I suggest going to your piercer to get this put in unless you have your own set of tools for jewelry because my hardware pliers stripped this piece pretty bad. The diameter was good but since Im a girl and my septum is pierced a bit lower it was a little large for my taste.
1/4" diameter was just too small for me to manage on my own. I had pliers out but couldn't bring myself to actually use them so close to my face. I've gotten myself new jewelry for my septum, so unfortunately, this ring has just been sitting in my jewelry box.

Ok so I ordered this ring because I thought it looked cool. When I got it I had no idea how to put it in, its a 1/4 in. diameter, and in my ear the thought of pliers etc was too much. I decided to go to my local piecer and have him put it in. It only took a few miniutes, and is perfectly aligned, which is the key. He didnt charge me and it looks AWESOME!! I recommend getting your piercer to help with this ring.

I really dislike this ring. It was difficult to open, and virtually impossible to insert and remove from my septum. If I had known it would have been such a hassel, I wouldnt have bothered. My septum is sore, and has been secreting since I had it in. Do not recommend, save your money. Editor's Note: It helps to twist the seamless rings open side to side (as you would a keyring) instead of pulling apart. This helps to close it completely and also to fit it into the piercing effortlessly.
