This titanium barbell is a great choice for nipple piercings and industrial piercings in the ear because the prong-set faux-pal ends have great color visibility from the sides. However, with 26,100 variations of gauge, length, and color, this barbell will be great in a variety of piercings. This straight barbell is made from 6AL4V ELI F-136 implant grade titanium. It is internally threaded for comfort during insertion and has titanium prong-set synthetic opal (faux-pal) ends. The ends are available in 3mm and 4mm on the 16 gauge barbell and 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, and 6mm diameters on the larger gauge barbells.

I have actually ordered this item twice. They each looked great upon arrival. The first one however, was replaced because the stone fell out while I was eating. I bit down on it & before I realized what it was, I was already swallowing the stone. The second barbell I still have but it faded drastically on one end, in a very short time frame, while the other stone seems to be holding up pretty well. Again, beautiful upon arrival, from that point on....well, for the price, I would not recommend.
Editor's Note: Titanium often changes colors with body chemistry, it is actually very normal for that to happen. Re-anodizing it can change the color again.
