Overview
The cardholder address you supply on our secure order form must exactly
match the address your credit card company has on file for you. This is
the address where you receive your credit card statement.
For Example: If you are in the armed forces or away at college, you must
enter the address where you receive your credit card statement, which may not be
the address you are currently residing at.
If the cardholder address
does not match your bank's records, or your choose to ship to an alternate address, your order may be
delayed while we verify your address.

click the Proceed To Checkout button while viewing your shopping cart.
- Select Credit Card as the Payment type in step one of the
checkout process.

- Click the Checkout link available at the top of every page or
click the Proceed To Checkout button while viewing your shopping cart.
- Select PayPal as the Payment type in step one of the checkout
process.
- To complete your order, click the PayPal Payments button in step four
of the checkout process to complete
your PayPal transaction at the PayPal web site.
- Enter your PayPal password and click the Continue button.
- Select your confirmed PayPal address and click the Pay button.

Money Order & Personal Check

Overview
- Payment must be in U.S. funds.
- Orders paid by Personal Check will be held 10 business days upon
receipt of your check.
- Orders paid by Money Order will be shipped
immediately upon receipt.

- Click the Checkout link available at the top of every page or
click the Proceed To Checkout button while viewing your shopping cart.
- Select Mail-In as the Payment type in step one of the checkout
process.
- After clicking the Save button in step three of the checkout process you
will see the "Thank you for your order!" page.
- Click on the link for the order you just saved.
- Click the "Printable version" link.
