Spiritstone nostril screws are made from 14K white or yellow gold and are available pre-bent and ready to wear or straight for you or your piercer to custom bend for your unique piercing.  While the macro photos above make the ends look large, you can tell by the size of the post in the background that these genuine stone ends are actually a small 5.25mm across.  Most Spiritstone nostril screws are made with genuine stones and diamonds and they're all available in 20, 19, or 18 gauge.
