I'd have to say a great burger with caramalized mushrooms and onions reduced in a nice dry red wine, and some blue cheese or Gruyère, and a big Kaiser to top it all off with!

Some of mine would be: Veggie Chili, thick soups, italion food with crusty bread and red wine.
