Megan - HAHAA! noo baby! its ok!

Bjorn - mmkay! heres a pic of it RIGHT after I got it. its so new that you can still see the red marker from them drawing it on. I'm also attatching a pic of it from like.. a month ago.

THIS IS IT when it was new. REALLY bad picture of me. haha!

THIS IS IT now. not a picture specifically of the tattoo, but you can clearly see the differences.

I think your knuckles look completely fine!!
When you were describing the skin peeling off so badly, I think I've had that experience ...like every time I've gotten anything colored with red ink actually. For some reason, that color specifically makes me peel really badly, but I guess my skin isn't really "raw" underneath the peeling, and the tattoos look fine once the top layer of skin has finished shedding itself off.
Sorry if I'm going off on a tangent/misinterpreting what you described as happening to your hand. Just wanted to say that you shouldn't be overly-worried because your fingers look good!

OH THANKS!! I'll have to take an up close pic soon! I mean, I'm fine with it right now. I've always been one to like a "trashier" more half assed look to most things. hahahhaa!! But thats REALLY weird that everytime you get red ink it peels like that!! like.. really weird! maybe you're allergic to red ink??? i dunno! But mine peeled off in like.. a whole piece! like... at the end, I had little pieces of skin actually shaped like the letters. hahaha! I just need to get a touch up!

Yeah, I think that I just have some kind of reaction to that color specifically. I've heard of it happening to other people too, so it doesn't concern me too much. It usually takes two goes at it to get all the color to stick though, but whatever!
But I think that if you're missing some spots in the black as a result of the peeling, it'll probably only take one touch-up to get it looking pretty pristine!

I think your tattoo looks great. Of course it doesn't look as crisp and black as the day you got it, but that's to be expected. I'd say just one touch up should solve any problems you might have with the piece.

THANK YA! yeah, i didn't expect it to look AS good, but just better than it does now. if you get up close, you can see how blotchy it is and how some parts are missing, BUT i'll just get a touch up! I am, however, worried that it could be worse in the end if the touch up blows out too!
