I agree with LaNubita!!
 And I am a teacher as well! I teach in BC!!! And you know I have lots of visible piercings and have had no trouble at all with them. In terms of my job, they are not an issue. Oh sometimes the students ask about them. I work in primary. And always acknowledge the question or comment and redirect the student back to work!  I do wear discreet jewelry though! I have 15 visible piercings. I agree with McLovin! Don't let your job keep you from flying your flag! I love my job! But I love my piercings too! So far they have not been an issue in any way! wishin ya the best with the certification and later teaching!
