Mine is! He's got 4 tatts - 2 that we share. His piercings are all retired now. Had nipples and tongue done. Nipples never wanted to heal for him.
His tongue was retired only a year or two ago. He'd gotten a really bad flu or head cold. His tongue got hugely swollen - We almost couldn't get the barbell out. It was 6g and hadn't been stretched in about 7 years. It was freakish that it happened like that. When he'd recovered he was leary about trying to put it back in. Not knowing why it happened, he couldn't really do anything to prevent it happening again.
Nope. He's not interested at all. He thinks anything more than one lobe piercing (daughter wanted a second set) is unnecessary and tattoos are a waste of money.
He only has three "regular" piercings in each ear. That's it. Aside from his ear piercing, he claims he doesn't see the point in piercings, yet he thinks tattoos are okay (but he doesn't have one himself). It's all hypocrisy if you ask me. :-P
Well, Lenore has her left tragus pierced in addition to lobes.
Both kids have regular lobes with no burning desires for more.
They do love the shock value when they tell their friends that we sell body jewelry. Hell, we love the shock value too!

My wife has a couple of tattoos, and had her navel pierced, but couldn't get it back in after surgery. She also has her ears pierced. Doesn't nearly every woman?
There is nothing more horrifying than a bad tattoo, except maybe the chainsaw murder of an entire petting zoo worth of helpless baby animals. When my son mentioned interest in getting a tattoo, I brought him around to some of the best artists in town and warned him to MAKE DAMN SURE you pay for the best artist available to do your work, which he proceeded to do. My wife has a dragon on her shoulder that is way too thick lined. A co-worker got a large eagle on her back and it looks like hell. And it is LARGE. Geesh. A young guy I know got a likeness of his dog on his calf. Hideous. My wife's ex had her name tattoo'd on his pelvis! HAHHAHAAAA What an idiot.
I have yet to think of a tattoo that I would want to have on my body for the rest of my life. I am rather private that way I guess, and prefer not to be "labeled" by something or other. Now having a big ole ring in my johnson, that's a completely different issue.
What we need is less government. What we're going to get is as far from that as our country has ever been. We will soon be feeling the pain of stifling taxes, government intervention into our lives, and a feeling of hopelessness - regardless what the "proponents for change" babble about in their bid to be elected. Might as well get another piercing
My boyfriend has his earlobes at 4ga, but that's all. He tossed around the idea of getting his lip pierced, but his employer kind of frowned on it: working in the electrical trade + having excess metal in your face = could be dangerous!!
Neither of us have any tattoos, but while I don't plan on getting any, he definitely does! He just hasn't decided what yet, and he doesn't want to get something "just to have one."
