Surface anchors, also known as dermal anchors, have exploded into the body jewelry world in recent years. Their versatility makes them very popular. The anchor remains hidden under the skin, with the internally threaded shaft external to the body. The surface anchor uses threaded ends which can be changed to suit your mood.
