| The little nose bone, oh how we love it. The nose bone has been used for centuries by many different cultures. They are small and typically are fairly discreet. Nose bones are a beautiful way to show just a touch of color or the glitter of a gem in your nostril piercing. They are held in place by a little bulb at the end worn inside your nostril piercing.
