First the glass is heated to a molten state in a torch and individually crafted by hand. Next the piece is placed in a computer controlled oven and slowly cooled to prevent thermal stress from developing in the glass. Finally the heads are ground and polished for a crisp finished look.
The matte black finish is for healed piercings only. People with sensitive lobes may have a reaction to the porous surface.
