The J curved barbell is ideal for navel piercings. This one is made from the finest 6AL4V ELI F-136 implant grade titanium. It is internally threaded for comfort during insertion and has titanium faux-pal gem ends. The top faux-pal gem is 4mm and the bottom faux-pal is 6mm. It's difficult to represent the brilliance of these gems in pictures. Even though these gems are synthetic opals they have great depth and brilliance and look remarkably like real opals.
