These 3 inch 316LVM ASTM F-138 stainless steel threaded tapers are used to stretch your piercing to the gauge of the taper. For example, the 16 gauge taper will stretch your piercing from 18 gauge to 16 gauge. The threads will fit any Industrial Strength brand body jewelry and should fit other body jewelry with standard metric threading.

You may also consider wearing horns or claws to stretch your piercings.
