This Custom Steel septum spike is two inches long with a groove in the center. The stated gauge is the gauge of the groove. The septum spike is machined from stock one gauge larger than the stated gauge then hand polished to a brilliant finish. Custom Steel septum spikes are available in gauges from 14 all the way up to 00.
