This solid 18k yellow gold flat back labret is hand polished to a mirror finish. It is internally threaded for comfort during insertion and has a countersunk ball for a precision fit. The 3mm or 5mm high polished 6AL4V ELI F-136 implant grade titanium disk also unscrews.
