This nostril screw comes pre-bent. It's made from solid 18k yellow gold. The 1.5mm faceted gem is available in fourteen colors and is attached to the nostril screw with a demi-set bezel. You can choose from 20g or 18g and the nostril screw is a standard 3/4" long prior to being bent.
