Spiritstone Productions sets genuine stones in their nostril screws. This flower contains six 3/4 point genuine diamonds surrounding one 3/4 point genuine diamond for a total of 5 points or 1/20th of a carat. This star nostril screw end is only 4.25mm across and sits very flat to the nose. That's less than 3/16". I mention this because the close-up macro photos make it look much larger than it is. You can choose gauges of 20, 19, or 18.
