This pair of Omerica Organic flat flared wood plugs has a Mayan tunnel through each plug. No o-rings are required because these plugs have a flare on each side to hold them in your lobes. These wood plugs are available in 24 gauges from 1/2" gauge all the way up to 1-3/4" gauge. You can choose from seven beautiful wood types for your plugs.
Please refer to the chart below to determine the optimum wearing surface length which is the distance between the flares.
