This pair of Omerica Organic flat flared tunnels is made with wood. No o-rings are required because these tunnels have a flare on each side to hold them in your lobes. These wood tunnels are available in 26 gauges from 2 gauge all the way up to 1-3/4" gauge. You can choose from seven beautiful wood types for your tunnels.
Please refer to the chart below to determine the optimum wearing surface length which is the distance between the flares.
