This acrylic shaft barbell has larger 5/16" balls. (The 10g blue has 1/4" balls.) The 5/8" long barbell is available in 12g, 10g, 8g, 6g & 4g. See the larger photo for pictures of all five gauges. These barbells are a colorful alternative for your tongue when a larger ball suits your needs. The 12g clear has a slight pink cast which makes it perfect for use as a retainer. Note that only one ball end is threaded and removable, the other end is fixed.
