Spiritstone Productions sets genuine stones in their nostril screws. This star contains six 1.5mm genuine amethyst stones surrounding one 1.5mm genuine opal. This star nostril screw end is only 5.25mm across and sits very flat to the nose. That's less than 7/32". I mention this because the close-up macro photos make it look much larger than it is. You can choose either 14K yellow gold or 14K white gold and gauges of 20, 19, or 18.
