Custom Steel labrets are made from 316LVM ASTM F-138 implant grade stainless steel. This three piece labret has a flat back and a spike that thread onto the barbell. Some people find this external thread design easier to use. The spike on all gauges and lengths is made from 6 gauge wire and is 3/8" long.
Custom Steel labrets are lovingly hand polished to a mirror finish.
